Yes absolutely.  There is a $15 Non-Camper option for those not able to stay. The more the merrier!

Entry, all activities for adults and kids, entertainment, fire pits, fresh drinking water and small C4C gift on entry.

Gates open at 2:00pm sharp (Friday 13th November).  For those arriving on Saturday 14th November, you MUST have arrived by 6:00pm.  Entertainment will begin at 6:30pm.  We will be vacating the location by approximately 12:00pm on the Sunday.

We encourage you not to bring food and support our charity by buying the very reasonably priced food and drinks that we have on offer.

No. The closest town is Wallan, 10 min from Camp with several ATM’s available.

While smoking is discouraged, there will be a small designated area for smoking away from the main area. As this is a parents and children’s event, we hope we can respect each other wish of a smoke free environment.

If you are planning on attending with a group of people it is advisable that you all arrive together.

In extreme weather conditions whereby CFA have deemed the day/night unsafe, the Event will be postponed.  As much notice will be given when provided.

Yes, but must be a small enclosed campfire ONLY with own fire extinguisher  on hand.

Large gallon drum fires will be located around main entertainment area.

Yes you can, however it must be kept on a leash at all times. Located on private property dogs must be kept securely away from live stock on location.
