Can i purchase tickets on the day/night?.

Tickets for camping sell out prior to the event but there are day tickets available for purchase at the gate on Friday and Saturday.

Can i buy tickets for the event without having to camp over night?.

Accepted Answer

Yes absolutely. There is a Non-Camper option for those not able to stay.
 The more the merrier!

Entry, all activities and entertainment for adults and kids.

When does it start?.

Accepted Answer

Gates open at 12:00pm sharp (Friday 14th November). For those arriving on Saturday 15th November, you MUST have arrived by 12:00pm. We will be vacating the location by approximately 12:00pm on Sunday 16th

Will we be able to bring our own food?.

Accepted Answer

We encourage you not to bring food and support our charity by buying the very reasonably priced food and drinks that we have on offer. We also offer all inclusive tickets, so check them out.

Will there be access to an ATM (Automated Teller Machine) at the events?.

Accepted Answer

We accept cash and card at the event. If you require small amounts of cash, we will be able to help you through our facilities. For larger withdrawals the closest town is Wallan, 10 min from Camp with several ATMs available.

Is this a smoke-free event?.

Accepted Answer

While smoking is discouraged, there will be a small designated area for smoking away from the main area. As this is a parents and children’s event, we hope we can respect each other wish of a smoke free environment.

How can i make sure that i am camping with my friends?.

If you are planning on attending with a group of people it is advisable that you all arrive together if you have not booked your sites when you purchased your tickets.

What happens if it rains for becomes a fire hazzard?.

In extreme weather conditions whereby CFA have deemed the day/night unsafe, the Event will be postponed.  As much notice will be given when provided.

Can we have our own camp-fires?.

No, but you can bring gas patio fires that are contained.

Can i bring my dog?.

Accepted Answer

Yes you can, however it must be kept on a leash at all times. Located on private property dogs must be kept securely away from live stock on location.

Yes, at several locations around site.

Yes, a designated First aid tent will be on site.

Sites can only be reserved at the time of ticket purchase. If a site is not selected then camping and parking will be allocated by our gate attendants.
