Can I buy Tickets for the Event without having to Camp over night?

Yes absolutely.  There is a $30 Non-Camper option for those not able to stay. The more the merrier!

Can I purchase Tickets on the day/night?

No all tickets should be bought online, even during the event.

What’s included in my ticket price?

Entry, all activities for adults and kids, entertainment, fresh drinking water and small C4C gift on entry.

When does it start?

Gates open at 12:00pm sharp (Friday 11th November).  For those arriving on Saturday 12th November, you MUST have arrived by 12:00pm. We will be vacating the location by approximately 12:00pm on the Sunday.

Will we be able to bring our own food?

We encourage you not to bring food and support our charity by buying the very reasonably priced food and drinks that we have on offer.

Will there be an ATM (Automated Teller Machine) in order to withdraw money?

No. The closest town is Wallan, 10 min from Camp with several ATM’s available.

Is this a Smoke-Free event?

While smoking is discouraged, there will be a small designated area for smoking away from the main area. As this is a parents and children’s event, we hope we can respect each other wish of a smoke free environment.

How can I make sure that I am camping with my friends?

If you are planning on attending with a group of people it is advisable that you all arrive together.

What happens if it rains or becomes a fire hazard?

In extreme weather conditions whereby CFA have deemed the day/night unsafe, the Event will be postponed.  As much notice will be given when provided.

Can we have our own campfires?

Yes, but must be in a small enclosed campfire ONLY with own fire extinguisher and sufficient water on hand.

Large gallon drum fires will be located around main entertainment area.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes you can, however it must be kept on a leash at all times. Located on private property dogs must be kept securely away from live stock on location.

Will there be toilets - including disabled?

Yes, at several locations around site.

Will there be First-Aid Officers?

Yes, a designated First aid tent will be on site.

Is there Parking at the event?

Yes parking spots will be allocated.

Can I reserve a spot/space?

No, first in best dressed.

What is on the Banned list (i.e. what is not allowed)?
  • Fireworks, flares, and sparklers.
  • No glass bottles, cans only.
